What if I cannot make a Super Sunday or Life Night?

If you are not going to be at one of these, you need to let Amanda know as far in advance as possible. These sessions are integral parts of the program, and are not optional for attendance. Only in unavoidable situations should you miss one – things such as an out of town wedding or funeral or significant family celebration. Things such as sporting events, tournaments, leisure trips, homework, or social activities are not good reasons to miss a session – this is one of the reasons you receive the entire calendar ahead of time.

What if I cannot attend the Confirmation Retreat?

Attending the retreat is a requirement of Confirmation. If you know now that you have a significant conflict on that weekend, please speak to Amanda ASAP. Again, things such as sporting events, tournaments, leisure trips, homework, or social activities are not good reasons to miss the retreat – this is one of the reasons you receive the entire calendar ahead of time.

My family travels for Easter – can I attend services at another parish?

Yes, absolutely! You are still asked to attend ALL of Holy Week – Holy Thursday, Good Friday, and Easter Vigil.

How do I register for Confirmation and how much does it cost?

Registration for all Sacraments at Holy Family is $95 – that fee includes the registration fee for the Life Teen program. You DO need to register separately for Life Teen, but you DO NOT need to pay a separate fee!

All registration is online this year – simply go to www.hfklifeteen.com and click on the link towards the bottom of the home page for the program you want to register for! You can drop the fee at the Parish Center or the Teen Center at your convenience!

NOTE: REGISTRATION FOR 2011-12 IS CLOSED. REGISTRATION FRO 2012-2013 WILL OPEN IN THE SUMMER.

We want this time to be fruitful and meaningful to you and your family – and recognize that every family and every teen is unique.
